RULES & REGULATIONS

TO OBTAIN A PLEASANT, CLEAN AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL GUESTS AT THE RANCH SUITES,
THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

ID IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ADULTS IN RESERVATION.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF ANY OF THE RULES ARE BROKEN

NO DISORDERLY CONDUCT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY (IMMEDIATE EVICTION)
NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE ON PROPERTY (IMMEDIATE EVICTION)
NO SMOKING, VAPING, E-GICARETTES OF ANY KIND IN ANY ROOM (IMMEDIATE EVICTION)
NO LITTERING OF CIGARETTE BUTTS ON PROPERTY
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT
NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT
PETS MUST BE LEASHED ON PROPERTY
PET OWNERS MUST PICK UP AFTER PETS (PET WASTE)
REGISTERED GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES CAUSED
LAUNDRY SERVICE MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE AT OFFICE ($1.50 PER WASH/ $1.50 PER DRY)
DO NOT LEAVE LAUNDRY UNATTENDED- LAUNDRY ROOM LOCKS AT 8PM
GUESTS RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRTY DISHES
MANAGEMENT WILL CONDUCT ROOM COMPLIANCE INSPECTIONS ON EXTENDED STAY

IS THERE ROOM FOR TRUCK AND BOAT TRAILER PARKING?

Yes, we have guests stay with us on a regular basis who bring a boat and trailer. Typically those guests willunhook their trailer park nex to it but there are a few places to park without having to unhook. It is a bit of a tight squeeze but can be managed to park boats in our establishment

We require ID for all adults in reservation.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

NOTE: Pet reservations may not be made online. Pet reservations made by phone ONLY. The Ranch Suites offers specific rooms designed to be pet friendly for our guests and other rooms where pets are not allowed.Thank you! Call 903-432-3444 Yes. We are pet-friendly. However, we are not able to accomodate pets in all rooms, and a pet charge will apply.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR PETS?

Yes. Our pet friendly rooms have an extra charge. $10 per night per pet for pets under 10lbs. $20 per night per pet for pets over 30lbs. Per regulations, we are not allowed to to accept pets over 50lbs. Please let us know on your the breed type when you call our office 903-432-3444 to make the reservation NOTE: No pet reservations may be made online. Pet reservations made by phone ONLY. ARE YOUR ROOMS NON-SMOKING OR SMOKING?

All of our rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes in our rooms. We have assigned areas outside around the premises where you are able to smoke.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please call 24 hr in advance for any cancellation. We will charge for the first night if cancellation policy is not met
WHAT SIZE BED DO YOUR ROOMS HAVE?

We have queen size beds. Our futons also fold out to queen size
DO YOU OFFER EXTENDED STAY?
